Pregnancy loss is a deeply personal and often life-altering experience, impacting parents physically, emotionally, and mentally—not just in the immediate aftermath, but in the long term. While workplace policies offer a foundation of support, true flexibility and understanding in the workplace can make a lasting difference for those navigating loss.
This session is designed for leaders, HR professionals, and colleagues who want to move beyond policy and take meaningful action to support bereaved parents in the workplace.
It will allow us to come together to learn, reflect, and create environments where no parent has to navigate loss alone.
