What did you want to become when you were a kid?
I always wanted to be a Marine Biologist specialising in Conservation, even did a 12-week apprenticeship at the Sealife Centre Brighton. Didn’t work out in the end but I still volunteer with local beech cleans and local charities that work with conservation efforts.
In your opinion, what is “what working at ADLIB” all about?
Working with honesty, integrity, and compassion. Recruitment can be a very cutthroat industry and I feel too many lose sight of the human element. After all, we are handling people’s lively hoods, there way of putting food on the table for their families. To do this properly and effectively, we need to be trustworthy, show that we care, and that we empathise with everyone.
Can you share a fun fact or two about yourself?
I play 5 instruments and play in multiple bands, whether as a permanent member, session musician, or sitting in on recording sessions. Nothing major but watch this space!
