When I was a kid I wanted to become…
…a vet. I then learned that vet-study includes work experience in a slaughterhouse, so I rather became a vegan.
For me, this is “what working at ADLIB” is all about:
It’s being myself, getting to work on all sorts of campaigns and projects, having flexibility, space and room to grow and the ability to try new things. And most importantly, working with a remarkably talented and nice bunch of people.
My biggest feel-good moment since I’ve been at ADLIB:
There have been many over the years, but launching our refreshed brand and rolling it out was a big one and so was each of our office moves as the team grew. Loved working on it and seeing it all come together.
How I explain what I do at a party:
I simply spread the word about ADLIB. Easy, because I truly believe that we are the best at what we do.
Beyond recruitment at ADLIB, I care about…
True Inclusion.
