Why did you become a signatory of the MotherBoard Charter and why does it matter to you?

We’re beyond thrilled that we’ve become a founding Motherboard signatory! Raising awareness and championing practises that are inclusive of mothers and women in the tech industry is a cause near and dear to us as a women-led, second generation family business. We are eagerly pledging our commitment to demonstrate the values that are imbedded in SustainIt Solution’s DNA. We hope other businesses will join the pledge to demonstrate their commitment to improving gender #equality and #inclusivity for all mums working within the technology and data sectors.
