- For their multi-cloud platform integration across regional markets, Dyson was looking to initially benchmark salaries, to then hire a cloud integration team.
- Dyson were struggling to fill Data Engineer roles at a few levels, so we discussed their needs and put some market intel together.
We provided salary bandings plus information about motivations for moving and skills that are in demand, leading to the placement of 3 Cloud Data Engineers including a lead after approving salaries and agency budget.
