• Hello Earth is an award-winning, B Corp certified Digital Performance Marketing Agency for eCommerce and DTC brands.
• Hello Earth had three permanent vacancies and a freelance role to fill and they needed the very best talent, delivered quickly. Candidates needed to be aligned with their B Corp values, have experience across Meta and Performance Content, and have a track record delivering cutting-edge campaigns for DTC and eCommerce challenger brands. They are also remote-first, meaning a nation-wide recruitment and headhunting campaign with the caveat that candidates needed to be able to thrive in a remote-first environment.
• They were working with another recruiter for many years, who wasn’t achieving the quality of applications they were looking for, and so decided to partner with us as a fellow B Corp.
• Leveraging their brand, combining it with our name and network, we rolled out a branded campaign on social media, advertised on our website and built a Featured Employer page.
• We attracted high-quality applications from candidates in our network that saw Hello Earth as an employer of choice as a result of the branded approach. Many of these candidates were not actively looking on job boards or LinkedIn, and provided tailored CVs to apply for Hello Earth only.
• Our headhunting activities received optimal response rates through explicitly signposting Hello Earth and their mission and values, generating candidates from some of their key competitors.
• We received in the region of 100+ applications per vacancy through job board advertising, LinkedIn paid advertising and the ADLIB website, sifting through and shortlisting only the select few which met Hello Earth’s essential criteria.
• We curated shortlists for all roles at pace, submitting 3-6 candidates for each vacancy and wrapping up the entire process in 5 weeks.
