- LabGenius are a London based AI-driven drug discovery scale-up that are using robotic automation, synthetic biology, and advanced machine learning to deliver next-generation protein therapeutics.
- Following significant Series A funding, LabGenius were looking for an expert Bioscience and Biotechnology recruitment partner who would be able to provide a scalable model to grow their Science and Technology teams. They decided to partner with us because of our diversity emphasis and B Corp certification.
- Our science recruitment team have a strong academic and commercial background and work with similar protein therapeutic biotechs, so brought the technical understanding to provide the best candidates on the market for their niche requirements. Using an embedded recruitment model, we helped them meet their growth targets, with emphasis on hiring management, candidate interaction and brand awareness.
Acting as an extension of the LabGenius team, we ensured that candidates met both the cultural and technical requirements to succeed. We successfully placed a range of talent, for niche Protein Characterisation, Protein Production, High-throughput screening, Cell Biologists to Assistant Laboratory Managers, Laboratory Technicians and People Managers, as well as IT and Software Engineers, Engineering Managers and Delivery Managers.
