We help to write best-in-class role / project briefs, provide day rate benchmarking, IR35 consultancy, and support in building a diverse team from the outset. We understand that candidates joining universities may need to wear many hats and the need for them to be committed to the journey ahead. We support both “Inside” & “Outside” IR35 assignments & also offer statement of work terms where appropriate.
From maternity or paternity cover to temporary operational roles. We are on hand to support you through the times where additional support is temporarily needed, employing temps on a PAYE basis or via an umbrella company. Typically, our approach for BAU temp support is an “Inside” IR35 solution – however, we will also engage contractors via their limited companies “Outside”, if we are in receipt of a robust “Outside IR35” determination.
We can craft fully flexible and bespoke contract agreements to suit any short-term or part-time need. If appropriate, we can provide a solution where the freelancer invoices the Client directly, for us to charge a recruitment fee separately – we call this “Agency Fee Only” (AFO). We have contactors available for projects as short as 1 day as well as part-time/ad hoc agreements that last for many years.
